A: You need to hang out with Papyrus, Undyne and Alphys. They are all in their houses, but you can only hang out with them after sparing them in battle. And yes, you will have to RESET at the end of Neutral Ending. Q: How do I get No Mercy Ending? A: Beat True Ending and FIGHT 1 monster per main area.
